3 B-Team guys went for a bowling game on Wednesday morning (18/04/2007). We were fortunate enough to get some coaching from Hj.Manap. He showed the correct techniques of throwing and handling the bowling ball.
Hj.Manap is seen in the background, watching and guiding Ahmad and Ainool on their steps and how to throw a “hook” ball. Stedi coach !!
